ANNOUNCEMENTS!
Starting August 23rd, Nicholas will be stepping away from the clinic to begin training for his second career in law enforcement. We understand it’s a big shift, and he’ll be back in action at the clinic in January 2026. In the meantime, we’re actively looking to add a talented Massage Therapist to the team. Until then, we’ll be referring clients to our in-house therapists and other trusted local RMTs to ensure your care remains uninterrupted. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this transition. Nicholas looks forward to reconnecting and treating you again in the new year — hopefully with some fun new stories.
Kind Regards,
The Team at Lord’s Health & Wellness

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints for the purpose of optimizing health. Massage therapy has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous, and circulatory systems. Physical function can be developed, maintained, and improved; and physical dysfunction and pain and the effects of stress can be relieved or prevented through the use of Massage Therapy.
Yoga
Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines movement, breath work, and mindfulness to improve flexibility, strength, and mental focus. It supports recovery, reduces stress, and helps restore balance in the body—making it an excellent complement to massage therapy and other wellness services.
